I got this lovely message when I turned on the xBox in my office this afternoon.
It told me to “sit tight” as though I am a small child.
I have a much of stuff I’d like to do this time around. My last vacation was a trip to Georgia. This time I plan to stick around the house.
I plan on using a lot of time to code but I also want to work on some of my Minecraft creations. Over the weekend, I found a lot of designs that I had done previously but when I revisit them now, they look completely wonky. I’m pretty sure that is a real word.
I plan to keep track of what I am doing. I believe iOS 11 and MacOS official releases come out this week.
Hopefully, I won’t screw off too much.
Update: The original plan was to post about what I did each day while on vacation but as it turns out, I played way too much Minecraft. I built a resort town and am actually still working on it. I think that is very ironic.
Good morning! Ahhh…hopefully….
I sat through the xBox E3 presentation yesterday which was a parade of “exclusive” and “World Premiere” game announcements.
The xBox One S gives way to the all new xBox One X (Project Scorpio) and will be available in November-ish with a price tag of $499.00.
If you own titles such as Forza Horizon 3 or Minecraft, those games will be getting a free update to 4k versions sometime in the fall. I believe I had a Minecraft-gasm during the keynote. I spend way too much time in Minecraft. I’ll own that.
The graphics in the racing demo were absolutely stunning. Puddles will expand based on how long it is raining and the world engines just seem to keep getting better and better.
Between Apple announcements and Microsoft announcements we should have a pretty awesome fall.
